Rules for confirmation / Amendment / Cancellation

Rules for Individual Booking

  1. Individual booking can be made from 3 to 30 days prior to the date of visit via the online booking system. Reservation for less than 3 days or more than 30 days prior to the date of visit is not available.
  2. Each individual booking can contain up to 7 registrants including the applicant. Children aged 3 or above shall be counted.
  3. A new date of booking is accepted from 7am every day.
  4. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Each applicant shall be able to visit once in 30 days.
  5. Items available for individual booking include guided tours, spa pool service, private car parking and shuttle bus service.

Rules for Organisation Booking

  1. Organisation booking is available from 31 to 183 days prior to the date of visit; booking for schools and higher education institutions is available from 31 days to 365 days prior to the date of visit. Only bookings submitted via online booking system will be accepted.
  2. Only local organisation applications are accepted for the time being.
  3. An organisation can book for a group from 15 to 50 persons (including accompanying staff and caretakers).
  4. Designated group size is 25 persons for each guided tour, organisation exceeding 25 visitors will be divided into 2 groups for guided tour. Subject to the actual number of attendance, individual and organisation visitors may be arranged to join the same guided tour. 
  5. Each organisation shall be able to visit not more than 2 times in 30 days. This restriction shall not apply to school applications.
  6. Items available for organisation booking include guided tours and spa pool service.
  7. A new date of booking is accepted from 7am every day.
  8. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are required to provide valid document for organisation proof along with the form submission.
  9. Organisation shall arrange own transportation. Coach licence plate number shall be provided for registration prior to the visit. Vehicles without registration are not allowed to enter T ▪ PARK. Coaches are allowed for drop-off and pick-up only.
  10. For a group comprised of elderly, children and people with disability, they should be taken care of by the staff of the organisation throughout the visit. For a group comprised of persons with special needs, please contact T ▪ PARK for prior arrangement.
  11. The groups eligible for organisation booking and the required supporting documents are listed below:

Rules for Confirmation / Amendment / Cancellation

  1. Any incomplete, insufficient or incorrect data may affect the processing time and the outcome of application.
  2. Once an individual booking is confirmed, the applicant will receive confirmation by email and/or SMS (only applicable to local mobile number) within 3 gdays. For an organisation booking, the applicant will receive booking result within 5 days. For all successful applicants, they are required to present the confirmation message / booking reference number at T · PARK Reception for registration upon arrival.
  3. All bookings are non-transferable.
  4. Should you require to amend contact person's details or licence plate number, please call +852 2910 9700 or email at info@tpark.hk to update the details. Amendment is generally not allowed unless there is a need in reduction of the number of visitors / facilities reservation. New booking application is required for extra visitors, additional facilities reservation or change of activity.
  5. Cancellation of booking should be made at least 3 days (for individual booking) or 7 days (for organisation booking) prior to the date of visit via the online booking system (for individual booking only) or by email (for individual booking and organisation booking). Late cancellation will be regarded as no-show.
  6. Individual or organisation applicants who have booked guided tours shall arrive on time. Late arrival for more than 30 minutes will be deemed as no-show.
  7. Three accumulative no-show cases within one year by an individual applicant will result in his/her booking right being suspended for 3 months following the last date of no-show. For organisation booking, applicants who have no-show or less than 50% of the total number of persons showing up for the visit, will have their booking right been suspended for 3 months following the day of visit/no-show.
  8. T · PARK does not endorse any for-profit third party to organise visits. T · PARK reserves the right to cancel any visit for any reason including if any person or party purports to charge any fees.

General Rules for Visit

  1. The opening hours are Mondays, Wednesdays to Sundays and Public Holidays, from 10am to 7pm (Closed on Tuesdays).
  2. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  3. Group size of each guided tour is 25pax.
  4. No outside food and drinks are allowed in T · CAFE.
  5. No activities, banners, buntings, placement of publicity materials, photography, video or other recordings of any kind, including but not limited to, relating to or for media or commercial purposes are allowed unless with prior written approval.
  6. No cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, hazardous or inflammable items are allowed .
  7. Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs accompanying a blind person).
  8. No unauthorised events, demonstrations, speeches or other public performances are allowed.
  9. No cycling, rollerblading, skateboarding or ball games are allowed.
  10. No flying kites, remote-controlled models or other similar devices are allowed.
  11. Do not write on, mark, soil or damage any exhibit, installation, wall or facility.
  12. For safety reason, do not access to restricted areas.
  13. Do not leave personal belongings unattended. All found items shall be returned to reception counter.

Rules for T · SPA Users

  1. Registrant(s) for T · SPA shall collect ticket(s) at the Reception for admission. T · SPA will not accept entry 15 minutes before each session ends. Recommended capacity is 60 persons per session. T · SPA opens for both male and female visitors, no separate pool for individual gender.

  3. Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied and supervised by adult. Each adult shall accompany no more than 2 children each time.
  4. Children aged 8 or above or over 1.35m of height shall not enter Changing Room of the opposite sex.
  5. To protect others regarding hygiene and safety issues, visitors with signs and symptoms of communicable diseases, such as respiratory illness, diarrhea, red-eye syndrome, hand-foot-and-mouth disease or skin lesions should not use T · SPA. Persons who are unwell, have heart disease, pregnant, or with high or low blood pressure, consumed alcohol, overfeed or starving etc. are not recommended to use T · SPA.
  6. Users shall wear proper swimming attire. White colour or non-decolorised clean T-shirt can be added on top. Infants are required to wear proper swimming diaper in the pool at all times.
  7. Users shall bring their own towels and personal toiletries.
  8. Hair dryers are available inside male and female changing rooms.
  9. Users requiring to use lockers are reminded to bring along five-dollar coins which are retrievable after using the lockers.
  10. Users should take thorough shower in the changing room before entering T · SPA.
  11. Users should not wear shoes/slippers that have worn outside T · SPA without washing. If necessary, please bring along a pair of clean slippers for using in the pool deck.
  12. Suntan oil, toys and life buoys or other floating gears are not allowed. For details, please contact on-duty lifeguard or staff.
  13. Spa users should decide the length of soaking time in the spa based on personal health condition. Suggested soaking time is generally not more than 10 minutes.
  14. Running, pushing, chasing and games are not permitted. Please do not conduct any activities that are likely to cause danger, obstruction or nuisance to others.
  15. No diving or jumping into the pool where the water depth is only 0.9m.
  16. Smoking, spitting, littering, eating, and drinking are prohibited.
  17. No unauthorised photo-taking or video recording in T · SPA.
  18. For security reason, T · SPA is monitored by CCTV surveillance.

Special Facilities

  1. Electric vehicle charging service can be arranged subject to availability.
  2. Accessible car parking spaces are available upon request.
  3. Lockers are available at the Reception.
  4. Wheelchairs can be provided for visitors with disabilities or mobility difficulties subject to availability. Reservation can be made in advance by customer services hotline at +852 2910 9700, or via email at info@tpark.hk; or contact duty staff at reception counter.
  5. Free wifi service is available in the Environmental Education Centre.
  6. Babycare rooms are available on G/F and 1/F of the Environmental Education Centre.
  7. Drinking water fountains are available on G/F and 1/F of the Environmental Education Centre.

Arrangements under Inclement Weather Conditions

Visitors should pay attention to the following inclement weather arrangements. For visits that are disrupted by inclement weather, the respective visitors will not be informed separately.

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above

T · PARK opening will be delayed for 3 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains hoisted at 12:00nn, T · PARK will be closed for whole day. Visitors will be notified of the pending closure of T · PARK and arranged to leave as soon as possible.

Black Rainstorm Warning

T · PARK opening will be delayed for 3 hours after the warning is cancelled. If the warning remains hoisted at 12:00nn, T · PARK will remain closed for whole day. The indoor area of T · PARK will remain open until the closing hour or the condition is safe for visitors to leave. All outdoor facilities will be closed until the warning is cancelled.

Red Rainstorm Warning/ Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3

  • If the warning/signal is issued before or during the opening hours -- T · PARK will remain open. Under adverse weather conditions, all outdoor facilities may be closed at the discretion of T · PARK and visitors will be advised to remain indoors.

Thunderstorm Warning/ Amber Rainstorm Warning/ Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1

  • If the warning/signal is issued before or during the opening hours -- T · PARK will remain open. Under adverse weather conditions, all outdoor facilities may be closed at the discretion of T · PARK and visitors will be advised to remain indoors.

Privacy Policy

In submitting any bookings for a visit to T · PARK, requests for cancellation of bookings, it may be necessary for the Applicants to furnish personal data (as defined under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong) (“PDPO”)). Such personal data provided will be used for processing booking applications, providing visitor information and compiling statistics, and maybe disclosed or transferred to persons, companies and supporting organisations for the purposes stated above. T · PARK is committed to ensuring that all personal data provided are handled in accordance with the provisions of the PDPO.

Under the PDPO, the data subject has the right to request access to and/or correction of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the PDPO. Any such request for access to and/or correction of his/her personal data should be made in writing by email:
