T·PARK Organisation Booking Calendar
1) Available dates and activities time slots on this calendar are for reference only.
2) Organisation / school booking is available from 31 to 183 days prior to the date of visit during the suspension of online booking system (i.e. On 24 Febuary 2025, bookings from 27 March to 26 August 2025 are accepted.)
3) Each organisation shall be able to visit not more than 2 times in 30 days. This restriction shall not apply to applications from schools and higher education institutions.
4) Only organisations / schools that are registered in Hong Kong are accepted. Valid and appropritate organisation proofing documents are needed for application.
5) Application Method: Please check the availability by referring to this calendar. Complete the application form and submit via email to booking＠tpark.hk together with the organisation proofing document.
6) The booking capacity will be updated daily at 9:00AM. A new date of booking is accepted from 10:00AM every day (according to the received time in the tpark email) and all bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis. Applicants are required to submit a valid document for organisation proof together with the application form.
7) Any incomplete, insufficient or incorrect data may affect the processing time and the outcome of your application.
